Parameters
- channel
- The channel to send to.
- data
- The data to send.
- reliable
- True if the packet is supposed to be reliable, else false.
- unsequenced
- True if the packets should be un-sequenced, else false. This parameter is ignored if the reliable parameter is set to true.
