Adds node id with scalar key id to the mapping.

Parameters
- mappingID
- Id of the mapping to add to.
- key
- The key to add.
- valueID
- Id of the node to add. (This can be scalar node, sequence node or mapping node).
Remarks
This variation of the AddMappingItem is a macro for adding node id value, and Scalar node for the key, and then wiring up their Id’s to be added to the mapping.
