Adds scalar value to the document, returning node ID for the node.

Parameters

- Value to be added.
- tag
- Tag to put on the node.
- style
- Style for the scalar value.
Returns
- Integer
- Node id for the added scalar value node.
Remarks
First node added to the document becomes the root node, other nodes will not become part of the document until wired up as child to other nodes in the document.
