Why don’t I get answers to support emails?
If you do not get answer to support emails then the reason for that is most likely that your email was unreachable or that you may have your spam filters set to strict.
Every month we get a lot of cases where the users email is either broken or the user has spam filters on which reject our emails.
This not only prevents delivery of support email to you but also generates a lot of unneeded cost for us.
When getting a case like this then we will make 2 re-attempts to deliver the email to you. After that no re-attempt is made until the user figures out what is wrong with his email.
Another possibility is that your email is getting lost in our incoming spam.
